Eco buildingAt the moment we are re-building the old house and packing it in strawbales. On top we are rebuilding the wooden attick (with wood, old bricks and wool as isolation) as a 1,5 floor penthouse where we can live. We are re-using materials like (beautifull) old bricks, the oak wood from an old house and used round tiles on the roof. We will have a grey water system so we can re-use our showering water for the toilet. We also use rain water for many purposes. We will use the warmth of the sun, adaptive materials and make a mass heater, besides our cooking stove, to heat the place.
